Education :
Graduate in commerce

Purpose:

Responsible for correcting invoices, establishing billing media and frequencies.
Supports all aspects of customer or client billing. Drives accurate and timely invoicing.

Supports internal sales and external customer community on billing related matters from
deal planning to post-installation invoicing.

General:

Intermediate level job with some work experience
Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training & applies these to

- complete assigned work within own area of expertise

Identifies problems in straightforward situations, and makes sound decisions using

- standard procedures

Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision

Primary Responsibilities:

Reads and comprehends and ensures compliance with company / client policies

- and procedures

Research & resolve billing issues in a timely manner
Maintain customer records in accordance with policies and procedures ensuring accuracy

- of all records.

Answers all customer and employee inquiries regarding invoices; resolves

- invoice discrepancies within departmental level of service (LOS)

Tracks and manages all billing requests
Identifies and recommends improvements to billing systems, policies & procedures
Assists with / leads special projects as required
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
