Key Responsibilities:
- Open current and savings accounts for customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
- Exceed sales targets for various banking products.
- Identify crossselling opportunities, generate leads, and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for retention and new business.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of sales experience in banking or financial services (freshers can apply).
- Must have a bike.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of banking products compliance requirements.
