Job Title:
Executive - Domestic Engineering Hiring


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for sourcing and hiring Indiabased engineers for domestic positions within Indian companies.
• Create compelling job postings and advertise them through appropriate channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Support the negotiation and onboarding process, including offer preparation, salary discussions, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to optimize the hiring process and attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in domestic recruitment, particularly in hiring engineers for Indian companies.
• Indepth knowledge of the Indian engineering talent market, including familiarity with various engineering roles, skills, and relevant certifications.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations in India pertaining to hiring and recruitment.
