Description

Real Estate Manager Responsibilities

  • Generating client leads to buy a property.
  • Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  • Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
  • Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Showing properties to potential buyers.
  • Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
  • Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.

Real Estate Manager Requirements:


  • Must have expierence of minimum 34 years with Real Estate Builder or Developer.
  • Must be in good contacts with the local Channel Partners,
  • Experience with sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local Real Estate Market.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.

Salary:
₹20, ₹60,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)

  • Real estate sales: 4 years (preferred)
