Online Sales Executive - Delhi, Delhi, India - Industrybuying

Roles and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.
- Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects.
- Convert high revenue leads.
- Retain customers to increase repeat business.
- Customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.
- Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets.
Desired profile:
- Graduate in any stream. Engineering graduates preferred.
- Experience in online / telesales / telemarketing (6 months to 1 year + )
- Proficiency in spoken English is a must.
- Familiarity with ecommerce and its components
- Knowledge on software like Zoho CRM, Salesforce is an added advantage.
- Highly analytical, selfdriven individuals preferred.
Shift Timing - Rotational Shifts 9hrs per day
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
