Highly desirable

Specialization in agrarian economics,

statistics

Any field/ work experience:
should have

experience in collecting and analyzing
primary quantitative data; have training
in identifying and collecting relevant

survey data:
census, NFHS, etc.

training in agrarian statistics and water
management would be given preference
