Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Zobox Retails Private Limited. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling bulk deals of used & refurbished mobile phones to potential customers.

Their KRA involves finding new business opportunities and customers, contacting potential customers to showcase company products or services and developing relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them.


Key responsibilities:


  • Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Greet customers and ascertain what each customer Wants or needs.
  • Informing the customers about the devices and plans they can buy for their maximized profits.
  • Excellent customer service. Productknowledge. Verbal communication. Job knowledge. selling bulk deals of used & refurbished mobile phones to potential customers.
  • Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks.
  • Leverage online resources, tools, and peer knowledge for self
- training.

  • Handle all customer relations issues in a gracious manner and in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain sales data for smoother operations.
  • Welcome customers into the store and helped them locate items.
  • Follow up with customers, vendors, and logistics team to confirm delivery and answer questions.

Qualifications:


  • 12th Pass or Any graduate.
  • Good Communication skills
  • A deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
