Job Title:
BPO Telecaller for Healthcare Outbound Sales


As a BPO telecaller specializing in healthcare outbound sales, your primary responsibility is to initiate outgoing calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting and selling healthcare packages, services, or products.

Your role involves engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase healthcare packages that align with their requirements.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to navigate and overcome potential objections.


Key Responsibilities:


Cold Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients who have shown interest in healthcare services or who fit the target demographic.


Product Knowledge:
Acquire an in-depth understanding of the healthcare packages and services offered, including their features, benefits, and pricing.


Customer Engagement:
Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations, build rapport, and establish a connection to better understand their healthcare needs.


Needs Assessment:
Ask relevant questions to assess the potential customer's healthcare requirements and challenges, tailoring your pitch accordingly.


Pitching and Persuasion:

Present healthcare packages in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and how they can address the customer's specific needs.


Objection Handling:
Address potential customer objections and concerns, providing accurate information to alleviate doubts and encourage purchase decisions.


Closing Sales:
Effectively guide potential customers through the sales process, aiming to secure commitments and close deals.


Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.


Targets and Quotas:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, demonstrating consistent performance.


Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies as needed.

Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
