Description

Design Development:

Generate creative ideas and concepts for new products or product lines based on market research and consumer trends.

Create sketches, renderings, or digital designs of products using design software or traditional drawing techniques.

Merchandising:

Work closely with the production team to source and select materials, trims, and accessories for product manufacturing.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to negotiate pricing, quality standards, and production timelines.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept development to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure project success.
Provide creative input for marketing materials, including product catalogs, packaging designs, and visual merchandising displays.
Assist in the creation of product presentations and participate in sales meetings and trade shows to showcase product offerings.
