**Job Description:
- *
  • He / She serves as the primary point of contact for customers coming to Hospital
  • Attending customer's needs, complaints & resolving them. If he / she is unable to resolve guide customer to concern person who will resolve the queries.
  • Helping customers to reach their require place in Hospital or guiding them to particular area / department / information.
  • Keeping customers records, interactions, queries & comments to improve process & services.
  • Following up with customer & their queries. Ensuring requests are attended properly.
  • Taking feedbacks from customers. Identifying the gaps in customer satisfaction level

Requirements:


  • Should have good communication skills, soft spoken. He / She must have good command over regional language.
  • Should have problem solving approach.
  • Should be quick in responding customer's queries / requirements / follow ups.
  • Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.


  • Required Qualification

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any field.

Salary:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
  • English (preferred)
  • Gujarati (preferred)
