Sales Executive
Tutopiya is a pioneer in quality online education and technology. Tutopiya provides its tutors and students with an enriching tutoring and learning experience on our evolving and unique platform. We are now on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Sales Team.

As the Sales Executive, you will take the front face of our business & excel at creating and closing new opportunities.

By using a consultative approach to selling, you will use your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying the students' needs, matching them with the tutor profiles, and assigning tutors for trials accordingly
• Finding your own leads and making outbound calls to prospects
• Responding to incoming leads with the aim to convert them into a positive sale
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery
• Escalating customer feedback as required to the relevant teams

Ideal Profile:

years prior experience in a sales-related role or ideally within the Education/ Technology industry is a must.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding international curriculums such as Edexcel, Cambridge, IGCSE, IB, etc.
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems with a high level of computer literacy and adaptability.
• Ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
• Selfmotivated and driven to work under pressure and meet given deadlines.
• A team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Should have a laptop & stable internet connection to work from home.
• Verbal communication skills in Chinese / Malay would be an added advantage.
• You will be required to work during the weekend. Instead, a weekday will be given as off. (If you are not willing to commit during the weekends, please do not apply)

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
