Provides legal advice and representation to individuals and businesses seeking patent, trademark, or copyright protection.

  • Evaluates evidence in infringement or dilution cases.
  • Prepares and files briefs, motions, and other necessary judicial pleadings.
  • Manages and/or participates in litigation of cases involving intellectual property disputes.
  • Interviews and deposes witnesses and further facilitates the discovery process.
  • Maintains knowledge of scientific, technological, and legal developments including completion continuing legal education.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Salary:
₹20, ₹33,000.00 per month


Schedule:
