Skills:
Good Communication Skill
Good Knowledge of Excel and Word.
Knowledge of customer follow up.
Responsibility
- Taking care of Defective Material & Replacement Management.
- Coordinate with QC for glow test report.
- Coordinate with QC & Stores for GRN of the material received.
- Arrange Cr. Note if asked by customer with approval
6.customers follow-up
- Prepare daily report.
- Highlight unresolved cases to CRMs / Manager Supply Chain on daily basis.
- Discuss with customers for the marks obtained & failures reasons
