Position:
Customer Care Executive


Location:
Gurugram


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Attend customer queries
  • Generate & manage leads
  • Inbound & Outbound calling
  • Direct coordination with crossfunctional team members
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
  • Offer solutions based on customer needs and capabilities
  • Direct prospects and Drive Sales
  • Update the customer database
  • Meet Conversion & Productivity
  • Targets on a monthly basis

Requirement:


  • 15 years of experience in Telesales
  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline
  • Good communication skills
  • Should have very good sales skills.

Salary:
₹18, ₹26,000.00 per month
