    Location: Noida.

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global People Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Global People Operations department, assisting in various HR functions across multiple regions. This role requires strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    People Operations

  • Updating Employee eFiles with signed VTCs, Contracts, leaver letters and L&D certificates.
  • Actioning reference requests.
  • Liaising with Payroll regarding payroll and benefits matters.
  • Handle queries relating to changes in Employee data on BW.
  • Monitor visa and immigration reports, flagging updates required to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Monitor approval of Variation to Contract tickets and alert LMs where the ticket is stuck in the approval process.
  • Other ad hoc requests from Global People Operations Manager or Line Manager as required.
  • Support HR Operations processes as needed.
  • Onboarding Operations

  • Adding new hires to HR systems ensuring employee personal details and contractual details are entered correctly and handling SCR queries.
  • Handling SCR queries
  • Employee Lifecycle

  • Signposting employees to SG's policies and Self-service HR System
  • Updating line manager changes on HR Systems
  • Handling general enquiry tickets
  • People Reporting and Monitoring

  • Run HR system reports checking data accuracy and update the system when required.
  • Change and Continuous Improvement

  • Support the People Experience Operations Teams' commitment to continuous improvement by keeping up to date with HR policy and procedures.
  • ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
