Description
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in recruitment or HR.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
