Job Overview

Athreya Business Consultancy is seeking a skilled and motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills
Good sales and negotiation skills
Patience and the ability to handle rejection
Active listening skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Positive attitude and a team player

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services
Identify and generate leads through cold calling
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a strong knowledge of our services and effectively communicate them to clients
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Update client information in the database
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up on leads
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities
