Indicative KRA's/Budgetary Responsibilities

  • New Initiative for existing projects(in terms of material and cost)

Areas of Responsibility & brief description

  • Budgeting, Price Finalization & Revenue Forecasting for new stores and renovations stores.
  • Responsible for undertaking new initiatives in existing projects
  • Vendor Contract Management
  • Timely and accurate submission of Invoices.
  • Develop & implement new commercial models.
  • Working Closely with Design and project execution team on day to day matters.
  • Statutory & Audit Compliance

  • Invoicing, reconciliation & follow-up & Amendments to the new Financial Model
  • Ensuring Timely & Accurate Statutory, Internal reporting & audit
compliance for existing projects


  • Involved in New store openings, renovation and maintenance activities for Capex planning(Budgeting, order, dispatch and final closures)
  • Pricing for new business requests or changes in existing services.
  • Judicious use of natural resources
  • Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
  • Preparing BOM under timelines as per the drawing within the available budget. Placing orders as per BOM to the vendor. Ensuring all the bills are settled as per the BOM or work executed at the site.
  • Mobilizing vendors at the site in a timely manner to start the work. Ensuring timely delivery of the ordered assets.
  • Overseeing the financial expenditure over the site and cost controlling to minimize the site expenses. Maintaining healthy relationships with vendors for long-term achievement in mutual benefit business.
  • Planning & effecting commercial schedule as per the budgetary plans. Reconciling ,generations of account statements & communicate to vendors for better operation in favor of the company.
  • Maintains fixed assets register and Warehouse inventory of assets.
  • Ensuring timely payments to the vendors.
  • Maintaining daily petty cash expenses related to project works. Generating monthly MIS reports.
  • Ensured all commercial and accounting functions like book of purchase, production plan, dispatch plan, material inward and outward from warehouse.
  • Made necessary changes in procurement / commercial policies and processes for better controls, streamline Collection etc.
  • Managing Internal and External Project Commercial Audits.
  • Excel reporting, should be Expert in Excel.

Qualification & Experience (Education, Experience)

Education:
Minimum: B.Com, MBA in Finance

Experience:
Min 15 years of experience in Finance or commercials. Retail Experience preferable.
