Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for various digital platforms including websites, social media, video content, presentations, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and design layouts based on project briefs and creative direction.
Utilize industrystandard software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to create animations and graphics.
Incorporate sound design, special effects, and other elements to enhance the visual impact and effectiveness of motion graphics.
Ensure consistency in brand identity, style guidelines, and visual aesthetics across all motion graphic projects.
Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and digital design to continuously improve skills and capabilities.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining highquality standards.
Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with team members to refine and optimize motion graphic designs.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to present ideas, gather feedback, and address any concerns or revisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or related field.
Proven experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in motion graphic design, animation, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in industrystandard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling motion graphics.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and feedback.
Knowledge of 3D animation and compositing software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender) is a plus.

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
