Key Responsibilities:

SEO and SEM:

Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive organic and paid traffic.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms, create engaging content, and track social media metrics to assess performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Paid Advertising:

Create and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant ad networks to drive traffic and conversions.

Conversion Optimization:

Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance the user experience and maximize the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Budget Management:
Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI optimization.

Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (a degree in digital marketing is a plus).
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to adapt to changing digital marketing trends.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development is beneficial but not always required.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
