Social Media Manager


Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience, including content creation, campaign planning, and community management.


Content Creation:

Create and curate engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics, that aligns with the brand's voice and style.


Platform Management:

Manage and optimize the company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and any emerging platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.


Social Media Advertising:

Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.


Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms promptly and professionally, fostering positive interactions and managing any customer inquiries or issues.


Analytics and Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.


Influencer Partnerships:

Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and industry leaders to amplify brand reach and engagement through partnerships and sponsored content.


Industry Monitoring:

Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and share relevant insights and recommendations with the team to continuously improve social media strategies and campaigns.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, design, and customer support teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Crisis Management:

Develop and implement crisis management protocols to handle any social media-related emergencies, such as negative reviews or customer complaints, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style to different platforms and target audiences.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media content.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions and optimize social media strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with search engine optimization for social media content is a plus.

₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
