  • Panchkula, sector 20 (DayShift)
You will be offering a support system for agents and customers. This will mostly be B-2-B service.


Core Qualifications

  • Comprehensive experience with handling multiple booking issues
  • Proficient in common airline booking software and database management
  • Responsible for making and confirming travel arrangements for passengers
  • Able to meet booking deadlines in a timely manner
  • Good communications and problem solving skills

Experience

  • Made booking arrangements for clients in person on the phone and online.
  • Worked to diligently resolve booking and scheduling issues.
  • Ensure that all booking procedures follow industry standards.
  • Posted schedule changes online and informed clients directly.
  • Scheduled advance and lastminute bookings
  • Offered discounts and special deals when authorised to do so
  • Managed passenger database
  • Monitored airline schedules and posted updates on airline website
  • Developed and implemented promotional strategies to boost airline bookings
  • Consistently offered a high level of customer service
  • Worked to resolved passenger booking issues
  • Handled internal and external communications.
  • Full range of customer service functions.

Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
