Research Associate, Network Surveys


GLG is seeking a Research Associate (AKA Research Executive) to support the growth of our Network Surveys product in EMEA.

This is a market research and project management role where the associate will manage their own projects with responsibility for most stages in the survey lifecycle.

The Research Associate will report to our Network Surveys Manager also based in Gurugram.


Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

  • Questionnaire writing: Supported by our EMEA and Gurugram based managers the associate will design B2B and B2C surveys on a wide range of topics
  • Project Management: The associate will work with panel team to check feasibility, arrange survey programming, monitor fieldwork and quality check results
  • Monitoring and reporting: There are admin and reporting tasks in this role including recording sales of Network Surveys as reported by our client facing colleagues
  • Graduate or post graduate degree from a toptier university
  • 12 years of market research experience including fullservice projects
  • Experience collaborating with teammembers in a highthroughput, deadlinedriven, processoriented environment
  • Experience writing English language questionnaires for international audiences
  • General knowledge of European culture, awareness of European business practices
  • Superior writing, logic and interaction skills; including oral and organizational skills
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback and coaching in a fastpaced environment
