Key Responsibilities:
Returns & Credits Management:
- Receive and process customer returns and credits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify the validity of return requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with customers to resolve return and creditrelated inquiries.
Data Entry:
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Work closely with customers to address their needs and concerns related to returns and credits.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and timely resolution.
Data Organization:
- Organize and maintain return and credit data according to customer records, categorizing it by date and month.
- Create and update reports to track return and credit trends and performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in returns and credits management is a plus.

Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
