We mainly help clients save energy and money by offering to install energy-efficient products under the Victorian Energy Upgrade program (VEU) - an initiative taken by the Victorian State Government with a vision to deliver an energy-efficient and productive economy for Victoria.


REU helps Australian commercial businesses and residential homes switch to energy-green product fixtures to help save them money on their energy usage & achieve a better energy rating.

Our products include solar panels, LED lights, shower heads, exhaust fan seals, door seals, etc. We focus on customer service and assisting people in choosing the right Solar System for their budget.

Our appointment-setting specialists are responsible for setting appointments for our sales team.


Appointment setters will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment for a sales representative for a follow-up visit, either in person or via telephone.

Position Overview:


As a Telemarketing Team with Proven VEU Program Experience, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential clients, promoting energy-efficient solutions under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Program.

Your experience and knowledge of the VEU program will be essential in leading the team, engaging prospects, explaining program benefits, and securing appointments for our installer partners.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage an outbound telemarketing team focused on promoting the VEU program.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients who are eligible for the VEU program.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of energyefficient upgrades available through the VEU program.
  • Utilize your indepth knowledge of the VEU program to address client inquiries and objections.
  • Schedule appointments for installation with our qualified partners based on client availability.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and appointments.

Qualifications:


  • Must have their own leads of Victorian Residents to offer the free products
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or cold calling, with expertise in the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Program.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointments.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track and manage leads.
