    OverviewAsa Tech Ops Engineer at Peppermint Robotics youll have theopportunity to gain valuable handson experience in a cuttingedgerobotics company. We are seeking a talented and detailorientedindividual who possesses attention to detail proactivecommunication to plan within the available resources and is selfdriven. This role would support the EuropeRegion.
    Location:Pune
    Qualification:
    • B.E./B.Tech in anyspecialization

    WhatThe Work LooksLike:
    • Ability toquickly grasp the problem statement and come up with multiple/viable solutions.
    • Ability to thrive in a crossfunctional team.
    • Effectively anchor day to daytroubleshooting via voice/ videocalls.
    • Maximize serviceability of machinesdeployed across geographical Business Units through logicalprioritization.
    • Coordinate with serviceengineers and plan accordingly to provide telephonic assistance fordemo deployment and L2 services.
    • Follow strictTAT with the help of predefined SOPs with respect to ticketclosures.
    • Daily brief to the line manager withrespect to pending faults planning spares dispatch and assistancerequired if any.
    • Keep pushing to perform betterand set new benchmarks.
    • Collaborate withsoftware and hardware teams to enhance system functionality andperformance under the guidance of linemanager.
    • Stay informed about industry bestpractices and contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives.
    • Develop and maintain technicaldocumentation including system configurations procedures andtroubleshooting guides.
    • Conduct indepth qualitycontrol checks on finished goods beforedelivery.
    • Maintain a ledger of spare parts andcomponents dispatch across the countries andoverseas.
