    About the Job: We are searching for a Claim processing and wants to make a real impact on the DPO.

    Responsibilities include:​

    • Experience in US Healthcare Payor operation.
    • Experience in handling claims specific to COB,authorization, duplicates, eligibility, and appeals process.
    • Knowledge with Facets application would be preferred.
    • Typing skils @ 25 WPM
    • Good English language skills spoken/written/grammar/sentence formation
    • Comfortable using PC and browsing
    • Handling complaints and dispute resolution
    • Take ownership and follow up to resolve
