Followingearlysuccesses of thePuneteamand theneed for increased reportingto stakeholdersfollowingahigh numberof recent businessacquisitions,theteam grewto 25 membersin 2022 in Phase 2.We nowhavea team of technically strongand energeticemployeesand middle managementprofessionalsdeliveringan increasing numberof datasets, standardised deliverables,andimproved analyticalreportingto assist theGlobalFP&Ateamin managingreportingfor theentire portfolio ofGroup Companies.

The RoleThis is an excitingopportunity foraFinanceprofessionalto joina highperformingGlobalFP&Ateamoperatingin a fast growthGlobalFinancialServicesorganisation.

Inthis 3rd phase,there are a few openingsat all levels (Associate,Senior Associate,Assistant VicePresident and Vice President).The GlobalFP&Ateamis functionally structured withGroupReporting(whichincludessynergyreportingas well), RevenuePartnering,PeopleCost Partneringand ExpensePartnering(allexpensesexcept PeopleCost) as themain pillars.

Recently wehavealso introduced and workingtowardssettingup a RegionalPartnership Team. The EntireTeam and each Pillar is led byextremely knowledgeable,experienced, dedicated, and professionalleaders. Withorganisationalgrowththereis a need to expand theexisting FP&Ateamby creatinga GlobalServicecentre(GSC) whichwill help enhancethe overallfunctionality oftheFP&Aprofile.

  • Close partnership withtheFP&AHRBusinessPartnerUnderstand themaindriverswhile performingvariousactivitiesunderthedifferentpillars (functions) ofthe GlobalFP&ATeamto help performbetterPerformand ownday to day, monthly BAU activitiesand ad hocrequestsPerformthe yearly Forecast and Planningactivities Actualvs Plan
  • Role Relocation/ Target OperatingModelTracking Synergy TrackingDo a Deep diveanalysis of theP&L withdetailed commentary forvariousStakeholders The Leadership team(GlobalFP&A)
