Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

E-Commerce Management:

Oversee the daytoday operations of our ecommerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with IT and web development teams to implement enhancements and updates to our online store(s).
Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels to maximize sales and minimize stockouts.

Content Development:

Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to develop multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and interactive tools.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or related roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,845.53 per month
