Job Description:


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Coordinator for the university, acting as the primary liaison for study material management.
  • Coordinate the creation process and maintenance of study materials, ensuring content quality, formatting, and alignments are maintained consistently.
  • Ensure that plagiarism is below the prescribed limit by implementing appropriate measures and tools.
  • Act as an interface between content writers and content reviewers, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Identify and prioritize study materials to be created based on academic calendar and learners' content consumption needs.
  • Plan study material creation to avoid any gaps in content delivery to learners.
  • Ensure timely delivery of study materials to be uploaded on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of study materials.
  • Release learning resources and assessments according to the predefined calendar.
  • Collate course submissions, including video recordings, presentations, and Self-Learning Modules (SLMs).
  • Coordinate the submission of academic documents, assignments, assessments, and thesis reports, and follow up as necessary.
  • Generate relevant data reports related to study material management and evaluation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of study materials and make recommendations for improvements.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a relevant or related field. Freshers can also apply.
  • Positive attitude, maturity, and ability to interact effectively with faculties.
  • Strong command over written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well within a team and take initiative when required.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including strong knowledge of Office tools (Spreadsheets, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge or experience in other technology tools is an added advantage.

Working Days and Hours:

  • 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
  • Work hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend only

Shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
