    Description

    We are currently hiring for Scrum Master for our cloud Migration project. Individual has to leads cross-functional teams to provide agile-based project deliverables and facilitates the team's work to accelerate delivery of business value by ensuring adherence to Scrum methodologies and processes. Using strong communication, facilitates the project team through the Scrum process of Release Planning, Sprint Planning for multiple product owners, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.

    Job Description:

    • Overall 10+ years of experience , with 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role for a team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
    • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
    • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the internal gaps left in the Scrum approach.
    • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paring, Automated Testing, Agile games.
    • Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear sprint performance standards, resolve sprint performance issues, keep team engaged and on task.
    • Experience building scrum teams from the ground up.
    • Self-starter with the ability to balance many tasks with changing priorities. Proven ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and successfully prioritize work
    • Strong decision-making skills. Able to analyze different options and make a clear recommendation.
    • Excellent communication and mentoring skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for working in highly collaborative environments.
    • Critical thinker and excellent problem-solving skills
    • Experience in banking-related projects would be an advantage.
    • Exposure to Cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is Plus .
