About The Role

Super Balance serves hundreds of customers daily by providing health and wellness solutions through premium curated products. We are a highly collaborative, fast-moving, rapidly growing company. We're looking for a hands-on, fitness-forward, creative Generalist who can support our sales with a social strategy and daily execution.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of all GTM initiatives.

You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and lead generation and supporting the organization's overall business goals.

You will report to the COO and work closely with other cross-functional team members to drive the organization's success.


Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the daytoday operations of campaign initiatives, including setting goals, driving lead generation, measuring conversion across the funnel, and driving effective ROI for campaigns.
• Execution of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine leads and sales (both offline and online).
• Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through various channels, including referrals, word of mouth & offline channels.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product development, design, and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer products (preferred)

A highly driven self-starter with extreme ownership of their work.

Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
