• Generating leads through cold calling and explaining about company services
• Generating sales through the leads that will be provided and follow up on the same for closure
• Creates marketing literature and webbased features to promote products and timesensitive sales
• Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
• Responding to complaints from customers and giving aftersales support when requested
• Need to have good telephone etiquettes
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

• Good team development and leadership skills
• Fluency in English
• Should be aware of lead generation methods
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
• The ability to multitask works in a fastpaced environment and meets deadlines
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
