Customer Service Representative

Location:

Salary: 15k-20k per month fixed + 15k incentives (variables)


Responsibilities:

Address Customer Queries:

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

2.


Monitor Social Media Channels:

• Keep a vigilant eye on our social media channels to address customer queries and comments in a timely manner.
• Engage with customers proactively to enhance their experience and resolve any issues promptly.

3.


Handle Phone Inquiries:

• Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide assistance accordingly.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.

4.


Manage Order Fulfillment Process:

• Act as a liaison between delivery partners, the manufacturing unit, and customers to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain effective communication channels to track orders, resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

5.


Maintain Customer Relationships:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Adapt to Technology Tools:

• Quickly learn and adapt to using Shopify and other relevant tools for managing customer inquiries and order processing.
• Participate in training sessions provided to enhance skills and proficiency in using technological tools effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using technology tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Positive attitude, team player, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
