providing support to IT roles within the organization for RPA prerequisites implementation, IT environments setup, installing software, testing and production cut-over
explaining to Jr. and Sr. RPA Developers the proposed architecture and oversees the development progress
controlling RPA automation solution designs and robotic artefacts structure to ensure consistency and continuity across delivery teams
developing and maintaining workflow development standards
reviewing and approving developed workflows before acceptance/production deployment to ensure development standards are properly met
creating and maintaining a library of all developed workflows for all processes
