  • Handling daytoday administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
  • Managing employee records and maintaining confidentiality of HRrelated information.
  • Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling communication within the department.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, managing mail, and greeting visitors.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintaining a wellorganized workspace.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
  • Collaborating with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Compiling and analyzing data to prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), SOP and operational metrics.
  • Generating reports to support decisionmaking processes within the Operations department.
  • Creating visually appealing presentations to communicate departmental updates, project progress, and other relevant information.
  • Assisting in preparing presentations for meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Be adaptable to changes in tasks and responsibilities as the business

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • I am eager to learn and adapt to a fastpaced manufacturing environment.

Plant Visit if it Required


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
