We, Meraki Habitats LLP specialize in developing housing complexes.
In the last 16 years we have successfully completed and delivered 8 projects with construction area of 7,00,000 worth 800 crores across Mumbai.
We have one prestigious projects ongoing of approx. area 11,00,000 in Chembur.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all the tasks between the
- Preparation of agreement for sale and allotment letter(We got our standard format).
- Master multitasker with excellent communication skills.
- Backoffice Management
- Coordination with RERA consultant and existing clients. And maintaining their records.
- Act as the point of contact of the immediate superior and the third parties (like
- Due diligence of banks on behalf of clients.
- Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as a part of a team.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Education:
- Any Graduate (MBA degree preferred)
Experience:
- 0 to 5 years of experience in similar field
Salary:
₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (required)
Experience:
- Administrative &Legal: 1 year (preferred)
