Performance Metrics:
- Completing daily target of calls (minimum 200 inbound & outbound)
- Handling Telephonic enquiries and converting them into walk ins
- Follow up in optimum TAT
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling enquiries and converting them to admissions
- Follow up calls for payments from students as per the due date
- Achievement of the individual and centre target
Profile:
- Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
- Should be fluent in English, Local language knowledge preferred but not mandatory
- Clear diction and clarity in speech
- Good at computers
- Experience in Educational Counselling is preferred
- Should be a team player
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
