Description

Role:
Client Relations.


Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and taking down the requirements of the walkins and passing on the leads to the respective departments.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone and general correspondence, Transferring calls to the respective departments.
  • Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the office and reporting to HR on the status of the same.
  • Assisting the HR team with processes.
  • Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture.
  • Managing scheduling and appointments.
  • Assisting the operations team with their corresponding needs, and tasks as assigned by the team for followups.

Requirements:


  • A minimum bachelor's degree in any field or related fields to travel is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Receptionist / Office Admin executive and in relevant job roles.
  • Customeroriented attitude with professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and Social skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English, Hindi and Kannada language.

Flyden Holidays Ananth Nagar 1st Stage, Manipal, Karnataka


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
