Description
Experience in Gulf Project- Should possess 3+ years' experience in BIM Modeling
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
- Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and oversee the creation of Architectural or ID models, ensuring alignment with project goals and longterm objectives.
- Ability to generate various Architecture or ID layouts, sections, elevations, and details Clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- Assist junior team members in their daytoday tasks, offering guidance and support to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Take a leadership role in maintaining the highest quality standards for work, actively seeking innovative solutions to improve modeling processes.
- Take a proactive stance in identifying and resolving potential project issues, leading efforts to propose and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in strategic decisionmaking processes, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on advanced BIM expertise.
- Thoroughly document project files to ensure clarity and organization for future reference.
Salary:
₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
