    Description

    Overview:Aspart of our strategic expansion we are seeking a dynamic andentrepreneurial Head of Executive Search to lead our new divisionfocusing exclusively on sourcing toptier talent for CXO positionswithin the finance legal and governance sectors. This leadershiprole will be instrumental in shaping the division s strategybuilding a highperforming team establishing strong relationshipswith key industry players and driving business development toensure sustained revenuegrowth.

    KeyResponsibilities:
     Design andimplement innovative search strategies to identify and attractexecutivelevel talent for finance legal and governanceroles. Activelydevelop business by identifying new market opportunities andbuilding strategic relationships with potential and existingclients to secure searchmandates.

    Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry landscapecompetitive environment and regulatory frameworks to effectivelyposition our firm as a leader in executive search and a trustedadvisor toclients.

    Build and manage relationships with Csuite executives industryinfluencers and other key stakeholders to facilitate highlevelplacements and nurture ongoingengagements.
    Lead mentor and scale a team of search professionals dedicated todelivering exceptional service and results to ourclients.
    Ensure the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in allsearch processes andinteractions.

    Collaborate with senior management to set growth objectivesoperational benchmarks strategic priorities for the division andoversee the execution of business developmentstrategies.

    Utilize datadriven insights to inform decisionmaking and enhancethe effectiveness of search strategies and business developmentefforts.

    Requirements


    Qualifications:Proven experience in executive search or talent acquisition with afocus on seniorlevel roles in finance legal orgovernance. Strongbusiness development skills with a proven track record of buildingstrategic client relationships and securing newbusiness.
    Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building orsignificantly growing businessunits.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop ahighperformingteam.

    Excellent network of contacts in the finance legal and governancesectors with a proven ability to engage seniorlevel executives andturn connections into revenuegeneratingopportunities.

    Strategic thinker with exceptional problemsolving skills and theability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamicenvironment.
    Superior communication and interpersonal skills capable of workingeffectively with both clients andcandidates.
    Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Human Resources orrelated field; Master s degreepreferred.

    Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
    At least 10 years ofexperience as Executive Assistant Strong interpersonal skills andthe ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Highproficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.
    Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, andresearch skills.


    Excellent customer service skills:
    meeting andexceeding expectations; intuitively understand stakeholders;anticipate needs; provide value. Ability to work independently andwith professional discretion, in fast-paced, demanding environment.
    Professional appearance and mannerisms. Must be good onprioritization, time management, attention to detail, followthrough, staying informed with organizational initiatives andpriorities. Managing schedules and people with tact, diplomacy, andpoise.

    Behavioral Skills Direct and purposeful in all verbal andnon-verbal communication Receptive to and approachable by others inany situation Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects atonce Self-motivated, takes initiative.
