Description

Maintaining customer records:
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback. This information will be used to improve the quality of service provided to customers.

  • Providing feedback to management: You will be expected to provide feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and trends. This information will be used to improve the quality of products and services offered by the company.
  • Upselling and crossselling: You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and crosssell products and services to customers. This will involve understanding customer needs and preferences and recommending relevant products and services.
  • Resolving customer complaints: You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. This will involve listening to customer concerns, providing appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure that the issue has been resolved.
  • Meeting sales targets: You will be expected to meet personal and team sales targets on a regular basis. This will involve making outbound calls, following up on leads, and closing sales

Salary:
From ₹12,000.00 per month
