QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire crossfunctional teams towards achieving common goals.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
Salary:
Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
