About the Role


This is a hands-on role that reports directly to the Head of Growth and will be critical to ensuring our success in generating new business.

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who is happy to work hard to manage sales operations, generate leads, understand the global language AI landscape and diligently research the kind of business and individuals that we want to do business with.


We want someone who is eager to take responsibility and support the sales team by uncovering new business opportunities, using Salesforce to build dashboards and reports and ensuring that we really push the boundaries of our outbound sales efforts with the best and most accurate data on our target customers.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage all the sales administrative tasks and own the creation of all of our sales dashboards
  • Take full ownership of maintaining Salesforce and update records of customer communications and contact information
  • Provide sales & business development support to the team including target company/industry research and contract and proposal generation
  • Seek initial contact with potential customers
  • Ensure that pipeline and sales targets are consistently met
  • Liaise with the Head of Growth and technical experts across the business to create a playbook for the onboarding and training of new joiners as we grow the team.

Requirements:


  • 12 years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations with a bachelor's degree from a top university
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce to create complex reports and dashboards a certification would be a plus
  • A cando attitude we want someone who is always prepared to go the extra mile and doesn't take no for an answer
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge/interest in AI and Machine Learning
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace
  • Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Research and reporting skills to analyse sales data
