What to expect from the role?

How will your day look like at Bureau?

Lead Generation:

  • Assist in identifying potential customers through research and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and qualify prospects.

Prospecting:

  • Schedule and participate in introductory calls and product demonstrations.

Sales Support:

Work closely with the sales team to prepare sales materials and presentations.

Assist in creating and maintaining sales documentation, including proposals and contracts.

CRM Management:
-
Utilise our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Market Research:
-
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development.

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

What does it take to be in this role?

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's/master's degree program, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a positive attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.
