Job Description-

Reaching out to prospective clients (Restaurants), meeting face to face and demontrate our software solutions, creating suitable offers and signup of new merchants
Meet monthly revenue targets
Registration and onboarding of new merchant, including documentation/ verification/ enrolment/ Payments and compete online registration process
Responsible for being a point of contact for servicing requirements and service fulfilment for new and existing merchants during and after the onboarding stage.
Completing the restaurant setup on QRkey systems and handover to merchants.
Conducting handholding and training sessions with the merchant and their representatives to ensure that the transition of the merchant from their existing system to our system is hasslefree and convenient.
Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the brand
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service for both existing and newly acquired clients
Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/followups
