- Be the first point of contact for the corporates & increase business penetration
- Building/reshaping better processes in the existing corporates.
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Driving referrals & other campaigns amongst the corporates
- Increase Salary account penetration & Increase HRMS & Insurance adoption
- Previous experience in B2B or Corporate Account Management or Corporate sales -Farming is required
- 1+ years of corporate sales/account management experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Customer Empathy is a must
- Persistence is a must
