Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for students on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, networks, and peripherals
Develop and update training materials such as presentations, manuals, and other instructional materials
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
Stay current with the latest hardware and software technologies, trends, and developments
Participate in the development of new hardware and software products by providing input on usability, functionality, and user experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in hardware networking, with a focus on computing and peripherals
Experience in training delivery, instructional design, and development of training materials
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to travel and work outside of normal business hours when required
