Overview:

As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data architectures that support our business objectives and enable data-driven decision-making.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, assess technical feasibility, and develop robust data models and architectures that meet both current and future needs.


Responsibilities

:


  • Lead the design and development of enterprise data architectures, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to gather and analyze requirements, identify data sources, and define data integration and analytics requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable and costeffective data storage, processing, and analytics solutions, leveraging cloudbased technologies and platforms where applicable.
  • Evaluate and recommend data management tools, technologies, and frameworks to support data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to data engineering teams on best practices for data modeling, data integration, and data architecture.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure that data architectures are aligned with infrastructure requirements and constraints.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data architecture, data management, and data governance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

5 years of experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing data architectures.

Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques, including ER modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehouse design principles.

Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL databases, as well as data warehousing platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift).

Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.

5 years of experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing data architectures.
