Daily Paint shop Production planning According to the Assembly Production plan
To achieve the OR,OE,UT Target.
Painting Quality parameters to be monitor and Self Inspection Records to be maintained.
Rejection rate monitoring & Defects troubleshooting and Root cause analysis, action to be defined and fixed.
Paint System validation and Operator Qualification for the painting special process.
Any Customer complaints root cause analysis and report, coordinate with product QA.
Coordinate and closing points for the Customer Audit, system Audit ( IMS,IRIS), special process audit, SLT Audit and EHS Audits.
Conduct monthly 6 S audit and Closing the gaps to improve to current level.
TPM points to be verified along with the PMD in critical machine in the paint shop to avoid major Breakdowns.
OEE monitoring and improvement actions to be defined.
New product development and implementation as per road map.
Manpower planning according to the DMP Plan. Involving in the Capacity enhancement with respect to the Demand.
Manpower Multiskilling in the paint shop process (Conveyor operation, painting, Grit Blasting, Tectyl Application ,etc).
Manpower skills are assed and training to be provided to improve the special process knowledge and skill level.
Coordinate with methods for New facilities to improve the painting process (Automation, Lean concept)
Painting Consumables monitoring and maintaining the stock (LPG, Shots, Chemicals, paint, Thinners, Etc).
Safety hazard identification to be done through 2 Mins Warning, Start up Meeting, safety Red Tagging Campaign.
